Important Details
One table and 10 chairs may be added for $50 per set.
A $250 refundable security deposit is required.
Day-of event insurance must be purchased separately.
A licensed bartender is required when alcohol is served.
Venue-only rentals do not include table décor, centerpieces, balloon installations or event planning.

To provide availability for multiple celebrations in one day, all decor packages are scheduled within a 6-hour rental timeframe. This allows Magic Hour to continue offering both 6-hour and 8-hour venue rentals throughout the same date.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Planning Details
Vendor services and rental costs are paid separately by the client and are not included in the planning fee.
The 20% planning fee is calculated using the total cost of all outside vendors and rentals managed by Magic Hour.
Additional event-day coordination is available for $100 per hour.
Weddings, large guest counts and events with complex production needs may require a customized planning proposal.
